Defence with Fortitude ~
While illness and healthcare don’t discriminate, for former and serving members of the Australian Defence Force there are plenty of healthcare considerations that are very specific to them. In fact, that’s the whole reason we started Fortitude Health Group. We have specialist knowledge of those considerations, and are here to help you address them.
With first-hand experience in the ADF and many years of helping veterans navigate healthcare, our doctors fully understand the need for a dedicated, premium service. One that addresses medical concerns, gets the paperwork right, and does it all with compassion and empathy.
Our practice has been shaped around that need, taking into account every stage of the journey, from active service, through transition to civilian life, and beyond.
In particular, we provide comprehensive support for those discharging out of service. On top of the very best in general medical and psychological care, we have the know-how to assist in all manner of regulatory requirements. We can provide expert assistance with:
Claims Assistance via the Department of Veterans Affairs
Permanent Impairment and Diagnostic Reports
Coordinated Veterans Care Program.
Notably, all of our medical services have no out-of-pocket expenses for veterans.
Our new, dedicated facility opens soon, but in the meantime we offer a comprehensive remote service through telehealth and video. Our virtual door is always open to veterans and members from across Australia.
For the very best in care dedicated to those who are called upon to serve our nation, call upon Fortitude Health Group.

Fees and Rebates
Because of the complexity of some government requirements, Fortitude is here to help make things simple.
We provide all necessary medical services covered by the DVA. Which means you’ll benefit from no out-of-pocket costs for DVA-related medical, mental health and liability claims.
In instances where services are not covered by a DVA White Card, your options will be discussed during your consultation, or with our team beforehand. We will always endeavour to do what’s best by you and your health.
